IdleCoins ("IdleCoins", "we", "us") operates the website at idlecoins.com (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and IdleCoins. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please note: IdleCoins is a demonstration project, and all rewards are subject to review and approval.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using IdleCoins, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • The Service may be unavailable, or specific offers restricted, in certain countries or regions.
  • You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • One account per person. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be closed without notice.
  • You may not share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.

4. Earning & offers

IdleCoins presents third-party offers such as surveys, games, app trials and crypto tasks. Rewards, availability, eligibility and completion requirements are defined by each offer and its provider, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

  • You must follow the specific instructions and conditions of each offer to earn its reward.
  • We do not control third-party offers and are not responsible for their content, products or services.
  • Some offers require you to interact with third-party sites or apps governed by their own terms.

5. Rewards & approval

Rewards are credited to your balance only after an offer is validated. All rewards are subject to review and approval and may be held, adjusted or reversed if a completion cannot be verified, is later reversed by a provider, or appears to breach these Terms.

  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and vary by payout method (for example, from $5 for most crypto and gift-card options).
  • Payout methods may include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), and Amazon, Visa or Steam gift cards, subject to availability.
  • Crypto values fluctuate; the amount you receive is based on rates at the time a withdrawal is processed.
  • Rewards have no cash-surrender value except as expressly provided at withdrawal and are not transferable.

6. Prohibited conduct

To keep IdleCoins fair for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs to misrepresent location, or any automated or deceptive means to complete offers;
  • Submit false, random or low-quality survey responses;
  • Create multiple or fraudulent accounts, or provide false identity information;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Infringe the rights of others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and withhold unverified rewards if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. IdleCoins is a demonstration site and does not guarantee any particular earnings, offer availability, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment or tax advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdleCoins will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or rewards, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
